EDSP 378 - Principles of Work for Persons with Disabilities

Development of skills for understanding and application of agency mission, work values, plant layout, production flow, work site analysis, ergonomics, adaptive fixturing, time study, scheduling, work motivation, quality control, safety, evaluation, and records to enhance sheltered or community employment programs for persons with disabilities.
Prerequisites: ADVANCED STANDING IN EDUCATION
