HMT 140 - Hazardous Materials Regulation II

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is the major focus. Included are the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA); the Clean Water Act; the Safe Drinking Water Act; the Oil Pollution Act; and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Regulatory compliance is a major topic, with some case studies.
Prerequisites: HMT 110

Credit Hours: 4
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken an unlimited number of times, but only last course taken counts.
