HMT 210 - Hazardous Materials Regulation III

Final course in the regulation series; addresses the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), asbestos regulations, pesticides, the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), and the OSH Act. Case studies, class participation, and reports are emphasized.
Prerequisites: HMT 140

Credit Hours: 4
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken an unlimited number of times, but only last course taken counts.
