REAL 221 - Real Estate–Special Topics

Special topics in real estate covered. Areas include professionalism, ethics, salesmanship, human relations, F.H.A. and V.A. financing. Real estate office, advertising, building construction and materials, current issues, and problems facing real estate professional also considered.
Prerequisites: REAL 204

Credit Hours: 4
