DANC 2040 - Dance Technique II Jazz

Continues the development of materials from Dance 1040 and introduces more challenging and complex movement skills and jazz dance combinations. It requires a higher degree of stamina, strength and flexibility than Dance 1040 and begins to emphasize the aesthetic and expressive elements of Jazz dance performance.

Requisites: DANC 1040
Credit Hours: 1.5
Repeat/Retake Information: May be repeated for a maximum of 2.0 hours.
Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 studio
Eligible grades: A-F,WP,WF,FN,FS,AU,I
