NRSE 2230 - Health Assessment Focuses on the theory and application experience for performing nursing assessment of individuals across the life span. Emphasis is placed on interviewing and physical assessment techniques and documentation of findings appropriate for nursing. The emphasis is on well clients, with the identification and prioritization of some deviations from normal upon which to base nursing diagnosis.
