MKT 4880 - Global Sales


This course incorporates an analysis of the sales function across national borders. The impact of strategic, economic, political, legal, and cultural factors on sales activities, factors that influence the globalization of selling, and the impact of cultural differences on global selling and buying will be discussed. Upon successful completion of this course students will develop the knowledge of global sales, including the structures of multinational markets, global business intelligence process, principles and strategies of cross-cultural sales negotiations, and customer relationship management process in a global market.
