CSD 6750 - Electrophysiologic Assessment Electrophysiologic measurements applied to human auditory system function focused on the use of auditory evoked potentials.
Requisites: CSD 6730 Credit Hours: 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May not be retaken. Lecture/Lab Hours: 4.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will acquire knowledge of the calibration and setup of auditory evoked potential equipment.
- Students will demonstrate functional knowledge of auditory brainstem response assessment and interpretation.
- Students will demonstrate fundamental knowledge regarding electrocochleography as well as middle and late evoked responses.
- Students will learn of recent advances in brainstem evoked potential assessments.
