EDAD 6020 - Structure and Behavior in Educational Organizations Considers organizational and behavioral theory as applied to the existing structure of schools and other educational agencies such as colleges, universities, private, and alternative schools.
Requisites: Credit Hours: 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May not be retaken. Lecture/Lab Hours: 4.0 seminar Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,CR,PR,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Candidates will apply these theories to analyses of their own organizations.
- Candidates will employ what they have learned about concepts of leadership and organizational behavior to observe and analyze dynamics in school and/or community settings.
- Candidates will gain an increased awareness and critical understanding of organizational and behavioral theories in the context of educational instiututions.
