EDAD 8110 - Legal Aspects of Educational Administration Intensive study of selected aspects of both case and statutory laws, constitutional basis for education, schools in their legal setting, school legislation, and relevant court decisions. Extensive reading in an approved law library required.

- Students will develop increased and enhanced understanding of legal issues in education.
- Students will gain experience in conducting original research in selected areas of educational law.
