FILM 6800 - Motion Picture Compositing Introduces students to compositing capabilities including horizontal and vertical effect constructions, mattes, keys, colors, and motion effects.
Requisites: FILM 5820 Credit Hours: 1 - 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May be repeated for a maximum of 4.0 hours. Lecture/Lab Hours: 2.0 lecture, 3.0 laboratory Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,CR,PR,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Be able to construct nested effects using multiple methodologies.
- Be capable of creating horizontal and vertical effect constructions.
- Understand and be able to operate the AVID effects interface.
