MFE 6100 - Managerial Accounting Introduction to the basic tenets and processes of accounting systems for financial statements and managerial reports. Study of the financial reporting process for investor and creditor decisions, including internal controls. Study of cost behavior, budgeting and capital budgeting for managerial reports.
Requisites: Credit Hours: 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May be repeated for a maximum of 8.0 hours. - Explain contents of and analysis of financial statements and reports to evaluate and compare organizations.
- Explain how time-value of money concepts impact decision-making.
