Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,CR,PR,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Learn the theoretical foundations of financial policy including capital structure and dividend policy and understand valuation implications of these policies to firms.
- Students are able to build simple spreadsheet-based financial models for financial forecasting and capital budgeting.
- Students will be able to apply the lessons of capital budgeting to project analysis, lease analysis, and firm valuation.
