MGT 5400 - Organizational Behavior Examines the behavior of individuals and groups in organizations. Focus on high performance and satisfaction in the modern workplace, and in context of cultural diversity, globalization, ethical behavior, and social responsibility. Designed to enhance career readiness in management and team leadership.

- Demonstrate an understanding of pertinent management practices such as, but not limited to, work team design & management, motivation, decision making, and conflict management.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the drivers of human behavior (e.g. personality, attitudes) in organizational settings.
- Demonstrate an understanding of why Organizational Behavior is an important issue for contemporary managers.
- Discuss role of OB related dependent variables in organization cost structure and how managers can make decisions based on those variables.
