MGT 5720 - Technology Commercialization
In this course students will be challenged to find, evaluate, and develop raw technical ideas into commercially viable product concepts, and build those into business propositions. Many technologies are developed in research laboratories that never make the transition to commercialization, often due to lack of business expertise by the scientists, engineers, or other technologists who develop them. The goal of this course is to bring the focus to commercializing such discoveries.

Learning Outcomes:
- Convert raw ideas into viable product ideas and communicate them effectively to potential investors.
- Describe the value proposition in a commercially viable product concept.
