IHS 5203 - Strategies for Leading People in Healthcare

This course examines the critical importance of people strategies to organizational success by exploring the dynamics of workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement with an emphasis on healthcare.

Requisites: IHS 5200
Credit Hours: 3

Learning Outcomes:
  • Apply an understanding of the complexities of healthcare to strategies for engaging and partnering with physicians.

  • Describe strategies for employee engagement and be able to link them to successful outcomes in quality, service, and finance for healthcare.
