MGT 5006 - Management, Strategic Leadership & Strategic Communications

This course examines the role of strategic leaders in contemporary organizations, the differences between strategic leadership and other forms of leadership, and the importance of strategic communications and crisis management for leaders in strategic roles.

Requisites: MGT 5001
Credit Hours: 3

Learning Outcomes:
