LPA 4140 - Organizational Leadership Examines how organizations have been described and theorized in public administration.

- Students will be able to understand the relationship between public administration and democratic values and practices.
- Students will be able to use concepts and ideas from organization theory to write reflectively about their own organizational experiences.
- Students will understand the ideas and significance of the major theoretical frameworks in organization theory.
