BMT 2200 - Concepts of Purchasing Management Analysis of purchasing operation’s structure and procedure. Descriptions of quality, quantity, value analysis, sources of supply, and procurement controls. Vendor/buyer relationships, make-or-buy decisions, inventory control, buyer training, materials handling, records, and budgets.
