Program Overview

The certificate in Islamic studies enables motivated undergraduate students to gain knowledge of the Islamic religion and the diverse cultures and societies that it has influenced. It provides a curricular framework that integrates the study of Islam and Muslim cultures and subcultures.

Certificate Hours Requirement

The Islamic studies certificate program requires a minimum of 15 hours, plus 16 hours from the language requirement.
