EDTE 3730 - Instructional Adaptations for Adolescent-Young Adult Learners with Exceptionalities & Diverse Needs Course combines with clinical/field experience to develop skills needed by educators at the adolescent to young adult levels in order to work with learners who are exceptional and diverse needs in inclusive classrooms. Content includes curriculum modifications, selection and appropriate uses of reading materials, instructional and reading adaptations, classroom management adaptations, effective collaboration strategies, accessing related and support services, and skills required for instructing and managing an inclusive classroom.
