EDCE 570 - Organizational Theory and Techniques in Counseling and Personnel Services

Identification of need for counseling and human resource development programs in the workplace. Employee assistance programs, training and development, and career development issues addressed. The course content can be considered for a variety of work settings such as business and industry, educational institutions, and mental health facilities.
