ART 3410 - Advanced Prints Supervised studio experience in printmaking media (intaglio, lithography, relief, and/or serigraphy); includes demonstrations and lectures on related topics. Emphasis on development of techniques and concepts of printmaking.
Requisites: Two courses (ART 2410 or 2420 or 2430) and two 2000-level Studio Art courses Credit Hours: 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May be repeated for a maximum of 8.0 hours. Lecture/Lab Hours: 4.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Be able to synthesize, analyze, and critically assess skills developed throughout the course.
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully solve problems at an advanced level within the printmaking media.
- Have a developed understanding of historical and contemporary issues surrounding printmaking.
