Principles of teaching dance and their practical application for children pre-K through age 12.
Requisites: DANC 3405
Credit Hours: 2
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
Lecture/Lab Hours: 1.0 lecture, 2.0 laboratory

Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to design, deliver, and assess effective children’s dance lesson plans and curriculum.
- To provide students with teaching experience in creative movement and dance appropriate to pre-K through age 12 groups.
