FR 4518 - Prose Fiction of the 19th Century


Examines major works and movements in 19th-century French prose fiction. Authors studied may include, but are not limited to, Chateaubriand, Constant, Stendhal, Balzac, Flaubert, Zola, Huysmans.

Requisites: FR 3550 or 3560

Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
