GEOG 3460 - Environmental Law Legal aspects of both individual environmental and societal environmental rights and duties with respect to constitution, private property, nuisance, negligence, statutes, regulatory agencies, and court decisions. Emphasis on case study of federal, state, and local laws that shaped existing law and those that are likely to shape future legislative and administrative action.
Requisites: GEOG 1200 or 2400 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
