MATH 3320 - Vector Analysis Vector algebra and its applications. Vector calculus and space curves. Scalar and vector fields, gradient, divergence, curl, and Laplacian. Line and surface integrals. Divergence theorem, Stoke’s theorem, and Green’s theorem.
Requisites: MATH 3300 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will understand and be able to compute differential and integral quantities involving vectors.
