MATH 4470 - Applied Dynamical Systems A survey of applied dynamical systems for scientists, engineers and mathematicians with an emphasis on continuous time models.
Requisites: MATH 3400 and (3200 or 3210) Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will have tools for the analysis of dynamical systems that arrise in applications.
- Students will understand the basic concepts of dynamical systems and how they are used.
- Students will understand the role of dynamical systems as models for applications.
