Program Overview
The online Customer Service Leadership major leads to a Bachelor of Applied Human and Consumer Sciences degree. The program equips students with the skills required to serve clients in a variety of settings. Graduates with a degree in Customer Service Leadership can work in areas such as online customer service support, billing services, financial services, office management, healthcare administration, hospitality and retail industries. The courses are provided in an online format so that students can have flexibility to work towards their degree in a time frame that works for them.

The Department of Recreation, Sport Pedagogy and Consumer Sciences has no particular entry or graduation requirements beyond those of the College and the University. However, requirements differ considerably from program to program. Consult with your adviser to ensure proper fulfillment of those requirements.
Customer Service Leadership Major Core
Complete the following core courses with a 2.0 or better Overall GPA:
Diversity and Communication
Complete at least two courses from the following: Leadership and Organization
Complete at least two courses from the following:
Upper Level Electives
Complete at least 30 hours at the 3000-4000 level.
