MGT 2640 - Managing Intercultural Effectiveness in Organizations This course provides a comprehensive foundation for understanding and successfully interacting in today’s multi-faceted, cross-cultural organizations. Attention will be given to individual, team, and organizational dynamics, providing students with a skill set of competencies designed for intercultural effectiveness in a globalized workforce and for enhanced career success.
