MUS 3790 - Performance Preparation Assistance in developing strategies for preparing physically and psychologically to achieve maximum potential in musical performance.

Lecture/Lab Hours: 1.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: F,CR,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will develop body awareness and understand how to utilize that awareness in building a technique that is anatomically sound and efficient.
- Students will develop means to avoid injury through relaxation, stretching, healthy eating and regular aerobic activity.
- Students will develop specific skills for use in the management of performance anxiety.
- Students will utilize all of these performance-enhancing techniques in an effort to achieve more effortless and artistic performances.
