PHIL 4780 - African Philosophy Critical examination of the question, debated today among African philosophers, whether traditional Africans thought systems should be regarded and developed as philosophical systems. Includes survey of most significant of these thought systems.
Requisites: Jr or Sr Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
