- Students will be able to demonstrate how the various functions in a hospitality or tourism organization fit in with the marketing function.
- Students will be able to gain experience in assessing and developing a strategic marketing plan for a hospitality or tourism organization.
- Students will be able to assess how marketing activities interact in the development of marketing strategy.
- Students will be able to interpret the language of hospitality and tourism marketing.
