SASM 4400 - Sport Ticket Sales and Systems This course introduces students to ticket operations by studying policy development and implementation, customer service, problem solving, ticket technology, will call, seat improvements and relocations, ticket transfers, the processes of ticket, group, and sponsorship sales.
Requisites: SASM 2250 and FIN 3000 and MGT 2100 and MIS 2020 and MKT 2400 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to list customer service principles within a ticket operations setting.

- Students will be able to demonstrate mastery of ticket sales methods for sport ticket inventory elements.
- Students will be able to explain sport organization ticket policies and procedures.
- Students will be able to describe box office operations.
- Students will be able to list group sales methods for sport ticket inventory elements.
- Students will be able to discuss sponsorship sales methods for sport ticket inventory elements.
- Students will be able to describe the integration between sports sales and other functional areas within a sport organization or event.
