ETM 3625 - Supervision and Leadership in Project Management Examines the basic principles of supervision, planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling people in project management and in an organization.
Requisites: ENG 1510 and MGT 2000 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. - Students will be able to explain contemporary workplace considerations with respect to a supervisory role.
- Students will be able to demonstrate strategic planning using goal-setting and organizing skills.
- Students will be able to write a staffing, recruiting, and retention strategy.
- Students will be able to demonstrate use of a decision-making strategy.
