ENGT 1190 - Manufacturing Materials and Processes This course provides an introduction to metal and plastic materials, processes and basic competencies appropriate for a manufacturing technician. Competencies will be developed from material presented in lectures, labs, the text, various assignments, and through hands-on learning experiences.
Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Lecture/Lab Hours: 1.0 lecture, 4.0 laboratory Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to recognize different plastic processes and materials.
