MATH 1500L - Introductory Statistics Essentials The course is a co-requisite course for MATH 1500 (Introductory Statistics) for students who need extra support. It is taken concurrently with MATH 1500 and provides just-in-time support/review of concepts and skills needed to successfully complete MATH 1500. Topics include, but are not limited to: number forms, special notations, graphing points and lines, evaluating expressions, solving basic equations, working with charts and diagrams, and set operations. Additionally, this course will include further examples, activities, and use of technology to supplement learning with topics directly from the MATH 1500 class.
Requisites: MATH 1500 or concurrent Credit Hours: 1 OHIO BRICKS Foundations: Quantitative Reasoning General Education Code (students who entered prior to Fall 2021-22): 1M Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
