Learning Outcomes:

Students will be able to connect their knowledge of English studies to the needs of Sigma Tau Delta.
Students will be able to describe connections across the multiple subdisciplines of English as they relate to faculty and student event expectations.
Students will be able to apply previous leadership experiences to the day-to-day running of a student organization.
Students will be able to communicate with other students through emails, in-person meetings, and other media using formats that enhance their meaning and effectiveness.
Students will be able to describe aspects of leadership appropriate for student organizations.
Students will be able to reflect on their own leadership abilities and use their self-assessment to improve their work in a voluntary or student organization.
