UC 2310 - Leadership Foundations This course introduces students to critical perspectives on leadership strategies and practices via readings, discussions, and experiential learning opportunities. Students develop self-awareness, knowledge and skills through exploring different leadership models, analyzing social and contextual environmental influences, and executing a community-focused project.
