POLS 1500 - Introduction to Global Politics


This class examines the impact of global politics on societies and cultures around the world. It explores how local and national cultural and societal contexts shape global politics. It studies how global interests and conflicts are shaped by ideas, context, global power systems, culture, and history. Anchoring themes include global conflict and cooperation, globalization, development, norms, justice, and power.
